Apology

I just want to apologize for the flamewar with mikey
but his comments finally pushed me over the edge.
He needs to realize that when he has a linux issue to
at least inform us as to what type of computer and
hardware he is dealing with....also, he needs to
realize that a dsl or cable internet connection makes
downloading iso's and upgrading a Debian system
justifiable.
During the summer he asked me to download about a half
dozen Linux distributions for him (which I did) and
then never called back to arrange for pickup, it
turned out he ended up having one of his church
buddies do it for him. Those downloads took up about 2
to 3 gigs of hard drive space so I trashed them and
decided no more favors for mikey.
Some of us use our computers and Linux to get work
done (mine is writing and photography). I thought that
trying to assist a fellow PLUGGER with some one on one
help and advice would be a good thing, I regret that
it turned into what it did.
