Here's the setup for wiring a RJ-45 to db-9/db25 module using a straight
network cable (NOT the Cisco roll over cable):

RJ-45    DB-9    DB-25

  1       8       5    RTS
  2       6       6    DSR
  3       2       3    RxD
  4                    GND
  5       5       7    GND
  6       3       2    TxD
  7       4      20    DTR
  8       7       4    CTS
