I suggest you look into a Clark Connect install. It is a Fedora based
distro configured to be a server with a nice web interface for
configuring, updating and so on. It has spamassassin for anti-spam but
does not have anti-virus. However, being a Linux distro, you can usually
install rpms of additional programs without problem if you use rpms made
for the Fedora version that it is based on. Try
