Of course speed should be whatever your drive can do ... and dev should
be the device determined from the output of cdrecord --scanbus
There are lots of other options.
As far as k3b is concerned ... since the output from the dd step ends up
with a premastered ISO image on your disk you need to go to Tools -> CD
-> Burn CD Image ... then select the iso image you have created in the
"Image to Burn" field. If you just put the iso file down in the bottom
as if it were a file ... you would have an ISO within an ISO and that
wouldn't work.
