Sense code (sns) = 0x06 (3rd byte)
Additional sense code (ASC) = 0x28 (13th byte)
Additional sense code qualifier (ASCQ) = 0x00 (14th byte)
This error is usual described as a "Unit attention: media change", a common
attention code when a drive is first connected or when media is inserted in a
removable device like a card reader.

I'm not sure what the rest of this means as it falls apart.
Is this your USB hard drive or the flash card? If the flash card, how are you
connecting it?
