What is the most efficient way to download photos from
a "mass storage device" digital camera to a Linux system?
When the camera is plugged in to USB and turned on,
cat /proc/bus/usb recognizes the camera, cat /proc/scsi/scsi
recognizes that it is on host scsi3, and fdisk -l reveals that
the camera is on /dev/sdb1.
What command-line syntax can I use to copy all the images
from the camera to a designated directory on the hard drive?
Or is there a better way?
Joe
