Fedora Core. It's basically redhat. This was the transition I made, and
was quite happy, until Fedora Core 2.
I was never able to get my system to upgrade. I would have had to do a
format/fresh install, so I decided to give debian a try.
If you want to start fresh, consider trying debian. Things are put
together in a much more logical (simplified) manner.
