Actually, the URLs and 192.168.0.1 default to the wizard. The URL
http://192.168.0.1/basicsetting.htm bypasses the wizard. Once the wizard thinks it's configured, the URLs and the IP address default to the
http://192.168.0.1/basicsetting.htm.
They made this change in the last firmware release, which I think was lame. I think their *thinking* behind the ip-to-url thing was to inform users that they can enter in the URL now, rather than IP address.
