I also received a claim form. However, I never purchased MS software
directly. I have purchased 2 computers within the time span outlined on
the form. So, I "indirectly" purchased the Windows OS (98 & XP).
However, the voucher is pretty worthless. $15 toward the purchase of a
Windows OS or $9 toward the purchase of Office, Word, Excel, etc.
I've already filed my claim form appropriately!
