And what do I dial too? Wait a second here! I am connecting to a serial port 
(ttyS?)(duhhhh! S=serial)(so that means my modem is considered a serial then)
So how do you reinitialize the serial port? It must be 'Hangup' and then 
'initialize Modem'. Do I have to shut the whole program down?
