I apologize for this comment - the inference could be drawn that I am
calling Phil inept and/or incapable and I meant neither. I didn't intend
that nor do I believe him to be inept or incapable. He clearly has some
skills and knowledge. It was a general reference and I regret that it
might not have been clear.
