rpmbuild on SUSE

Does SUSE *have* rpmbuild? I've tried "rpmbuild --rebuild <src.rpm>" and
that doesn't work I've tried "which rpmbuild" and got back

/usr/lib64/librpmbuild.so.0
/usr/lib64/librpmbuild.so.0.0.0


So far SUSE hasn't impressed me too much. I'm having a *lot* more
problems with it than I do on RH. (yeah I realize that's proably because
I'm trying to make it act like RH). I also didn't install this box so it
may be eaiser if I had, *and* its a 64 bit box so that may explain it.
All in all though I'd rather have fedora.
