This is what I bought, and after checking the chart, I think I'll stick it out
for another day, now that I have internet again:

Manuf: D-Link
wlan type 802.11b
product ID: DWL-122
host i/f: mini-USB
Chipset: Prism2/2.5/3
User/Vendor report(reportadely works with): Linux--wlan-ng

I got the internet up at 4 am, so this will have to wait til after work and a
nap.
