I switched to Gnome a while back after I got my new laptop and aRts
showed what a real beast it is. But I upgraded my wife's machine to 3.2
I'd been running 3.1.94 for a while on my laptop trying to deal with the
arts problem, and it was a very nice upgrade.
It's very nice on my wife's machine, and she's happy.
It is a very nice upgrade, deffinately worth the download time, but I
have fallen in love with Gnome 2.4 sooo much, I don't miss KDE at all.
Except Kate. I miss the bash syntax hilighting.
Anjuta is nice, but I haven't found a good gui coding program that
highlights bash yet...
