I switched to Gnome a while back after I got my new laptop and aRts showed what a real beast it is. But I upgraded my wife's machine to 3.2 I'd been running 3.1.94 for a while on my laptop trying to deal with the arts problem, and it was a very nice upgrade. It's very nice on my wife's machine, and she's happy. It is a very nice upgrade, deffinately worth the download time, but I have fallen in love with Gnome 2.4 sooo much, I don't miss KDE at all. Except Kate. I miss the bash syntax hilighting. Anjuta is nice, but I haven't found a good gui coding program that highlights bash yet... nathan -- Nathan England plug at the-arcanum.org jabber id: linuxjunkie@jabber.earth.li GnuPG Key: E8D983D8 "A free society is one where it is safe to be unpopular." --Adlai Stevenson Registered Linux User #189789, Machine #106603
