I've got DreamHost for a company I work with and an ex-gf. Been happy with
them. All virtual host stuff.
Check AzPHP mailing list archives for a thread on this topic a couple of
months ago. Quite a few companies were mentioned there.
You mentioned Deru, but don't forget other local providers like EMR and
FastQ. Kyle from EMR is on the list and EMR supports PLUG activities.
