YMMV but I'm using SuSe8.0 and my fstab file is in< /etc/fstab > it shoul=
d=20
list your fd0 in there, if it doesn't add one fo these lines through your=
vi=20
editor or what you normally use:
< /dev/fd0=09/=09media/floppy=09ext2,=09noauto,user, 0 0 >
*OR*
< /dev/fd0=09/=09mnt/floppy=09ext2,=09noauto,user, 0 0 >
You'll notice that the first path has another dir named media- look for t=
hat=20
in (/) and enter the same info in that file.=20
If there isn't a media dir, use the second line.
Then when you need to use it, just mount it and umount afterwards.
