=46rom my understanding Microsoft has threatened to sue them various times
over stuff they were developing. I heard a story about them developing
an audio abstraction layer that would allow for all kinds of cool stuff
- but Microsoft decided that they were incompassing too much of the OS
and told them to quit it. I think they're tired of being pushed around.
