The above posting prompted me to write in. Apologies if this topic has
already been beat to death. I am looking for book recommendations.
What kind of book? I want to learn Linux from the ground up, so I can
go far beyond where I am today, and also contribute to the discussion
and "give back". Is that kind of knowledge something that can be gotten
from books?
I have started reading manpages, and that is helping a lot!
If what I need is Linux summer camp, or distance learning, or just time
spent in a classroom instead of "books", please advise. I want to
figure it all out and get out of the "Newbie" classification.
