In the case of camera/pictures, I don't think it unreasonable for the
user to have to do a single click to start the process. That is what I
am doing at home. Plugin camera and click an icon. It then mounts the
device, moves the pictures to a burn queue (thus wiping the media
clean). Then copies to a publishing cue and uses mogrify to resize them
to a reasonable state. I then manually run igal and scp them to the
web.
I want to wook on a script that will, igal and scp them automagically as
well as prompt the user to insert a CD-R to burn what is in the queue.=20
The end game is wife takes pictures and presses one button and gets them
published to the web. :)
