per JD's advice - much much easier to install Win2K first

another consideration that I thought that I would throw in...

Red Hat doesn't suggest / by default install ability to read/write from
NTFS partitions - your distro may vary - can be added to most linux
systems but YMMV. I tend to prefer setting up WinXP / Win2K on NTFS and
thus, make a FAT32 partition to hold data which is accessible by either
Win2K or Linux without much fuss. Of course if data security is an
issue, forget that I mentioned it.
