I am not aware of any GPL NFS client implementations. That being said,
the best NFS client for Win32 is 'Unix Services for Windows' made by
Microsoft. It even won the award for Best System Integration Software
at LinuxWorld last January. I am not a Microsoft fan by any stretch,
but this toolkit has proven to be a very useful and worth the money.
