I remember a thread here recently about Dell and the crappy support people
were receiving[1]. There seemed to be a lot of hostility towards Dell
outsourcing to India.
Well it looks like Dell has started to rectify the situation by bringing
support back to the states[2]. Those that own Dell's and wanted better
support or those that were irrated jobs got sent out of country. You can
now rejoice again.
