I knew php-nuke would come up eventually, but I've never had that great
of an experience getting it work perfectly, and I'm hoping to have this
lug site look different from the other php-nuke lug sites on thr web.
I'm not too affluent in php, and thus customizing php-nuke to the bare
bone is over my head.
