http://www.gripe2ed.com/scoop/ ). He handled the Gripe Line for
InfoWorld, and has many contacts which allow him to get the inside
scoop on techie consumer protection for both individuals and
businesses.

Aside, he has also been a tireless crusader against UCITA.
