installfest flyer RC2

Ooops. I hadn't noticed the URL isn't on there. It should be. I disagree
with whether or not people will remember it. Also, it's a flyer, they can
take it with them :). We also want to build recognition for the site, so
people will think to check there for GNU/Linux resources.

I think it will fit fine below the PLUG logo if you don't find a better
place in the main body.
