Subject: Dell nightmare
My 2 cents...send a copy of your story to one of those
consumer-protector-news channels ("3 on Your Side" in the Phx area for
example). I'm sure Dell would LOVE this kind of publicity.

My experience with Dell has been great, but I'm glad to know they can
screw their customers as well.
