gqcam

yeah...Mike was hangin out with me and the cats this
afternoon while the old lady and boy were at the
movies, it's a IBM webcam and Google had told me that
it was one that for some reason wouldn't work with
Linux, out of curiousity Mike plugged it in and we
fired up gqcam and there we were making faces, what
impressed me was that it was so easy to get it
running, under windoze98 I had to install the
software, turn off computer, plug in cam then turn on
computer and then maybe it installed...and then
configuring it with the software that came with it was
a pain that I gave up using it, it's just a pinhole
camera with a simple tv circuit, think I'll find some
way to express myself artistically with it....
