Unfortunately, as I get older, my ability to memorize command syntax is
waning. So now I use Gnome Toaster (

basically a GUI front end to the commands you use to burn CDs. Another GUI
I've taken a look at and liked was K3B (
http://www.k3b.org/). I've also
used Xcdroast and gcombust.
