I used to create and/or copy CDs via a series of CLI commands.
Unfortunately, as I get older, my ability to memorize command syntax is
waning.  So now I use Gnome Toaster (http://gnometoaster.rulez.org/).  It's
basically a GUI front end to the commands you use to burn CDs.  Another GUI
I've taken a look at and liked was K3B (http://www.k3b.org/).  I've also
used Xcdroast and gcombust.
