Easy, post multiple times, with a new header (since we dare not touch
the subject) X-Reply-At: (top|inline|bottom) as appropriate.

Or points that need to be responded to separately. Or that are better
responded to in parts.

I try to coat things with a little sugar before the zing. Usually.

FWIW, my pet peeve is over chopping the reply and losing who said
what. Sure, I could dig back through the thread...on the website
since I deleted after reading... and reattach, but that's a bit of
work. It's better to leave the things people say attributed to them
for better or worse unless you have a specific need to try an
anonymize them, IMHO.
