I have a problem with people replying to a message that is buried down
in a thread, then changing the subject line to try and start a new
discussion. That does not work because the <in reply to> header in the
new email is still set to the old discussion. If you wish to start a new
discussion you should do it by composing a 'new' email. Not replying to
an existing message.
