Migration from Windows to Linux (or Linux to Windows, or from froogles
to moogles) isn't an easy thing for anybody, no matter how tech savvy
they are. Especially when switching OS's...now we have to train or hire
new Admins, and develop an employee training camp. Re-document
everything, talk to legal over our new licenses, risks, and liabilities.
The list goes on..

For those who already have strong Linux skills, migrating the technology
isn't that hard..but the job isn't done when all the boxen are now
Linux.

that being said, it's still kinda sad to see Windows be chosen over
Linux.
