Cox Cable blocking port 80?

Subject: Cox Cable blocking port 80?
Do they just scan the standard ports (i.e. port 80 for www), just lower
prots, or do they scan all ports?

Yes they block it. They also scan your system for running servers. I
had to run my web server on port 23232 just so they wouldn't bother me
about it.
