I did an
"apt-get install apache2"
"apt-get install apache2-mpm-prefork"
and a "apt-get install apache2-doc"

The description apt-cache search for apache2-mpm-prefork was "Traditional model for Apache2" does this need to be installed for a funtioning Apache2 implementation? I was not sure if it was required but when it said tradional model I though well maybe.

Also how would I access the apache2-doc the defualt page that the server brings up when accessing the server via a webbrowser is the default apache2 webpage although there is link to documentation that does not work I was not sure if that was trying to access the apache2-doc that I downloaded not sure wheere it went though.
