I'm not sure if the eepro100 driver will work with the Intel Pro 1000XF
card. Although I'm not going to be much help getting Debian installed,
I do have good news about the card.

Support for the Intel Pro 1000XF card was added by Intel to the 2.4.20
kernel. You will need to load the e1000 module
(kernel/drivers/net/e1000 in modconf). The 2.4.20 kernels are already
in woody-proposed-updates for 3.0r2.
