debian uses 'reportbug' or 'bug' to report bugs back to their bug tracking
system. Set the EMAIL environment variable for the email addy you want to
use. Both programs will try to choose an email addy for you based on
username and the machine your on. The email addy you use will get more SPAM
because debian's BTS is open for all to see.
