Check out fwbuilder. I haven't used the it, but it looks like it's pretty
good and I've had several people recommend it.
You don't need it on your firewall as fwbuilder builds a shell script that
sets up the firewall.

Is you're ISP providing multiple IPs for you?
If not, you need NAT with all of your internal boxen sharing one IP. If so,
I would still suggest using a NAT box.
You could run a dhcp server on the firewall that only answers to internal
requests.
