Nothing sucks as much as msn support. In all of my time speaking to
clueless people they have been the worst. I think that these people are
given a book with a giant flowchart, but have no underlieing knowledge
about windows, much less anything else.
And my standard reaction to someone having msn for internat is
"Access4les.com", but old people can become attached...
