Modem problems

This is the reason, so I discovered after reading through the archive, I
returned to M$; I couldn't get the modem going again after I accidently
formatted everything after Voltage Spike had been a champ and had gotten
everything running for me. I tried the google search thing but their
solution did not work. V.S, could you meet me at the next East Side meeting
to get it working again?
