Opinions Requested on Red Hat Network Update to the Kernel

I setup one of my Linux workstations on Red Hat's Network thing. Every time
I go into it, I get a screen indicating that there is an update available
for my kernel (version 2.4.20 Ref. 18.8). Being paranoid by nature, I'm
not sure I want to fix something (as important as the kernel) when it does
not seem to be broken!

Opinions please.
