I got this working agin by hitting the space bar by when LILO is
displayed. It then gave me a menu entry to use Linux or LinuxOLD.

I still need to get the failing kernel off the system but can wait on
that for now.

This brings up an issue that we have not done anything about. We would
like to have another system that duplicates the server. If the main
server failed the second one would take over.

We also need to do off site backup so if something happened to both
systems we could bring up another system with minimum downtime and
installation. Preferably an on site backup that would be taken off site.

We would need the backup method in such a manner so if the systems fried
themselves we could install from a backup with a minimum amount of down
time. The installation and configuration of this took quite awhile to
get everything working and I do not want to go thru this process again.

What I would like (if all the above mentioned is possible) is to hire
someone to identify the software and install it and then train myself
and my partner in it's use.

The time to get this done is before we have a serious issue with the OS.

Please email me off list if you are interested in this.

Thanks,

-Miles
