Subject: Pretty print code with function index?
In the dim shadows of my memory, I seem to remember printing out the source
code to large projects with some utility that automatically generated a table
of contents, "pretty printed" the source, and then spit out a function index
with pages and/or line numbers. Not only can't I find this utility... I
can't even remember what it was called!

a2ps comes awfully close (and I do remember using it back in the day). It can
do everything my memory dictates *except* print out the index.

This was back in 1995 or so (give or a take a few years) and I ran it on a
SunOS box. It *may* have been a proprietary app.

Anybody else remember such a gem?
