Not been my experience at all. I am using 2.55 and I have seen only a very
limited number of false positives (i.e. 3 or 4 for several hundred users).
They have really, really done good work on the rules.

Again, not in my experience. The rules are really smart - you have to match
several conditions before being tagged as spam.

Nope, you can configure it to reject messages over a certain score (I use
10) if you use spamass-milter with it.

I dunno - my clients are absolutely tickled to death with it, and I wouldn't
trade it for all the donuts out there.
