This is quite important. Use of the term `freeware' to refer to
free (libre) software is a ploy to emphasize the `gratis' nature of free
software. In addition, and probably more importantly, it associates
even something like gcc or apache with shareware, which to most
businesses is low-quality, unmaintained and unsupported software.
