Im not sure what prompted such a rude email, when someone one was merely
asking for help. I could understand the extreme agitation, if someone
said, "Mr Project sucks, the stupid thing doesn't even let you print."
However, Alan, appeared to be upfront in asking:

You must admit that
http://www.codefactory.se/ is not necessarily a
"first guess" url choice for someone searching for information on
software called "mr project". We can argue was it really that hard to
find the url (and the answer would be no). However, if we want people
to use GNU/Linux we really should treat them better when they ask
questions. Even ones that seem painfully obvious to us. Of course, this
is my opinion, and like buttholes everyone has one. ;) =20
