Subject: VNC

\_ SMTP quoth DarthLinux on 11/13/2002 01:06 as having spake thusly:
\_
\_ interesting- i'm running VNC on 2 different boxes..
\_ one rh7.1 the other rh7.3
\_ but the default <interface?window manager?> is different..
\_ 7.1 seems stripped down - geared for dealing with dial up bandwidth,
\_ while 7.3 is more like an actual login and x session with sawfish..
\_ my question:
\_ how do i switch back and forth, should i want to..?

It's possibly the difference between going gnome/kde and going raw X,
but I don't know how VNC might play with /etc/X11 files for configs,
if at all.

Whether you want to or not depends on you, no? :-)
