Subject: Weather Alert program.
Okay, I'm amazed.
The below command can be used to get various reports
from that FTP site.
Unfortunately, it can't tell (at least I don't think it can)
if a report is new or not.

I also haven't figured out how to e-mail the retrieved files
automatically. I tried using sendmail and pine. Pine would work,
except it needs me to send the "send" (ctrl-x) command.

Mind you, I'm not complaining, just stating what I can and cannot do.
It's the downside of being a newbie who can't program or write scripts.

However, I will be using the below command quite often both as is
and modified for other information.
