QWest Choice is available in any city that has a cable tv franchise with
QWest ... I'm in Chandler.
Another nice thing about this VDSL, it's available even if you have a
piece of fiber between you house and the CO. We can't get DSL because of
a short stretch of glass, no worries with VDSL.
