Cool, Miles. Thanks for stepping forward on this.
As Jim said, the archives has some info and names of likely candidates to
help with the project.
Necessary functionality includes office suite, web browser and GUI mail
client.
Good additional functionality would be a ssh and pgp clients, audio/video
player, graphics manipulation, and whatever else you think would be good.
The key is that they be Free Software, not just 'free' to install and use.
